Frank Curtin

Frank has been involved in the financial lives of others since he was 10 years old. Working with his father, a professional financial and tax consultant, Frank was doing tax returns at the early age of 12 and was involved with financial modeling of businesses since he was 17. Frank has worked as a project manager for environmental consulting firms, a supply chain strategy consultant for IBM, and now helps families resolve their mortgage problem on a regular basis.

Frank earned a Master of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University, a Graduate Certificate in Administration and Management from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University. Utilizing his 30+ years of financial analysis experience, Frank is pleased to offer the benefit of his knowledge in an easy to understand format for any homeowner experiencing a hardship. Frank's analytical aptitude for solving problems is always at work. His joy in life comes from assisting families to gain control over their finances so they can open the door to a bright new future.

"Since the passing of my 8-year-old son in 2005 from sudden liver failure, I have been more determined to help others see what is really important in life. My relationship with God has taught me that my greatest gift is my service to others. I miss my son terribly, but I can tell you that my memories of him are joyous.

What's become clear to me is that creating joy in others is why God put me here on earth. When the families I help overcome their financial hardship, they come to realize that this situation will pass and that joy will return to their lives; so long as they seek it. That is so rewarding to me!"

Frank is a father of two boys, James (1997 - 2005) and Andrew, husband to Michele, and resides in Texas.

Jeff Wynn

Over the past 20 years, Jeff has worked as an Architect, Financial Planner and Entrepreneur. He finds his current career as a Professional Real Estate Designer, Builder and Loss Mitigation Consultant to be the most rewarding since it allows him to help and touch the lives of hundreds of homeowners who have been plagued with mortgage problems.

Being a homeowner is most assuredly rewarding, yet when financial difficulties strike an individual or family, home ownership can become one of the biggest nightmares anyone can face. Jeff's in-depth knowledge and understanding of mortgages and, more importantly, mortgage companies provides a homeowner with incredible possibilities for finding resolution of their mortgage problems.
